Directors Patrick Paling and Thomas Jamieson founded ICCM Ltd in 2005.

Patrick Paling - Director
With 25 years experience in chimney construction and maintenance, First with Steeplejack companies in the UK and Europe for 5 years and then in excess of 20 years with companies in Asia before establishing ICCM Ltd.

Thomas Jamieson - Director
With 40 years experience in construction.  First with a PQS firm in London, England for 7 years and then in excess of 30 years with contractors in Asia before establishing ICCM Ltd.

Anthony Mounsey - Associate
Anthony Mounsey opened up AMS (HK) Scaffolding services in 1997 as there was a gap in the market for British standard scaffolding. They specialize in tube and fitting scaffolding, form work and all access related work. He and his supervisors are all CITB registered in the UK and very knowledgeable about all access needs from design, build, dismantle and demobilization. He has worked in the access business for 40 years, 15 of them in Hong Kong.
